A video circulating on social media shows a woman dying after being shot by a man.
However, in the middle of her last breath, the woman named Aasma Rani mentioned the name of the man who shot her.
The medical student at a university in the city of Abbottabad, Pakistan was shot three times in front of her house in the city of Kohat when she got off a rickshaw, Saturday (27/1/2018). As a result, Aasma immediately fell in front of her residence. When residents came to help, Aasma whispered the name of the man who had shot him.
Local media reported that the police named the shooter as Mujahidullah Afridi. He is not just anyone as he is the nephew of the head of the city's Tehreek-e-Insaf Party.
According to the daily Pakistan Today, Afridi's brother, Sadiqullah, is also a suspect in this murder case.
Sadiqullah, according to the police, was standing outside Aasma's residence and allegedly played the role of monitoring the situation when Afridi carried out the action.
The Aasma family added that they have also often received threats from Afridi in recent times.
Allegedly, the shooting was triggered by Afridi's anger, whose proposal to marry Aasma was rejected by the girl.
The police are currently conducting an investigation and looking for the whereabouts of Afridi, who disappeared after carrying out the murder.
The Aasma family has asked for help from a number of officials so that the student's killer is brought to justice as soon as possible.
